Terms of Service

Jupiter helps dog owners track walks (route, distance, time, pace and calories), see stats and a leaderboard, connect with nearby walking friends, get AI-assisted walk suggestions, and create shareable walk cards. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Jupiter.

Jupiter offers an optional paid subscription ("Jupiter Pro") with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase or at the end of any free trial, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.

Be kind and walk safely. You agree not to misuse the Service, harass other users, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access others' data, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the photos and walk data you add. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to operate the Service (for example, showing your dog on the leaderboard or in a card you choose to share). You are responsible for the content you upload.

Jupiter is a fitness and social companion, not a safety device. Always supervise your dog, follow local leash and traffic laws, stay aware of your surroundings, and don't use your phone while it's unsafe to do so. GPS and distance figures are estimates and may be inaccurate.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
